If you’re a new or return client seeking a regular arrangement, please read on! We offer retainers for ongoing work with the benefit of four locked in photoshoots a year and a discount for upfront payment. This is a great way to ensure you have quarterly content without the accounting and admin associated with ad-hoc shoots.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Choose a package from our pricing page to lock in for your retainer.
We invoice you upfront for 4 x payments of your chosen package, plus the benefit of a 15% discount.
Email us each quarter to book in a shoot. If your brief has changed since we last shot, feel free to let us know what you need to capture so we can ensure it will achievable within the allotted time.

Details
There’s no set timeline, but we recommend quarterly to ensure you have new content for us to shoot and are making the most of the arrangement.
All four shoots must be booked and utilised within 12 months from agreement. Unused shoots do not carry over in to a new period.
The bookings can’t deviate from the original package details, including being split in to smaller shoots. The benefit of a retainer is that it makes things simple for both of us!
You can however buy additional photographs at the post production stage, but if you need considerably more deliverables than last time – consider booking in an additional shoot around this arrangement.
Retainer clients can purchase additional photos at a reduced rate of $20 per unit or $180 for 10 if selected during original post production stage (a saving of $5 p/u). Normal rates apply for studio photography.
Payments are non-refundable unless we are unable to fulfil our side of the arrangement due to sickness or injury.
